Stars, heads of state, solemn rituals and high-security celebrations for Notre Dame's reopening

Notre Dame will reopen this weekend after over five years of reconstruction. Security will be tight, similar to the Paris Olympics. Only invitees and residents can access the area. The event includes a service by Archbishop Laurent Ulrich, a concert, Sunday Mass, and a fraternal buffet. Public viewing areas will be available for 40,000 people.
