Hunter Biden's lawyer has filed a motion to dismiss the indictments against him after President Joe Biden issued a full and unconditional pardon. Hunter Biden had pleaded guilty to federal tax charges and was found guilty of making false statements on a gun background check. Sentencing was scheduled for later this month.
