The former EastEnders actress thinks that many of his contemporaries become somewhat overconfident.
She also doesn’t think that women express how they are truly feel until they are in a safe place such as in their own homes.
The former Benidorm personality often takes to her own YouTube channel with husband Mark Adderley, 54, to discuss hot topics.
In the latest episode, she fumed: “Everything about what Gregg says in all these stories is the problem, the problem that we have.
“First of all you get to an age where you’re like ‘do you know what? I don’t have to take this s*** anymore.
“You get to a position where you realise you don’t have to laugh at jokes that leave you feeling uncomfortable.
“You don’t have to just pretend that something didn’t happen to keep the peace.
“And actually, Gregg what I feel sad about this is, is that he has no idea how those younger women actually feel.
“I’m sorry to say, but men of this age, you’ve got no idea what we are thinking about you really. You’ve got no idea.
“You think that you are striving through life and everybody thinks you are rather nice, but guess what! Most of them are going home going ‘oh gd that guy! I just can’t take one more of those jokes. I just can’t take one more of him standing a bit too close.
“We have two daughters, 21 and 17 and when they come home after having to put up with lude comments and creepiness in clubs, it’s always people, men of a certain age and it’s THAT age!
“Because you think you’ve got yourself fit and you’ve done your press ups and you think you’re quite hot and you think that everybody really does fancy you, really these young girls because they’re giggling.
Nadia also believes that people that are on-screen have somewhat of a duty to speak up if they see something that “isn’t right.”
“Also there is a power problem here. It happens in offices, it happens in all walks of life. But in showbusiness, there is a hierarchy,” she explained.
Gregg Wallace - MasterChef scandal in Brief
GREGG Wallace has stepped down from his MasterChef hosting role after a probe into alleged inappropriate behaviour. But what's the situation?
Regular MasterChef host Gregg Wallace is currently the subject of a probe after an investigation was launched into his alleged misconduct over a number of years.
Gregg has been accused of making sexual remarks to 13 colleagues including Beeb anchor Kirsty Wark – accusations he denies.
The 60-year-old has now stepped away from the BBC show while historical misconduct allegations against him are investigated.
Yet the former greengrocer spoke out on social media to blast the “women of a certain age” who he claimed were behind the allegations.
The cooking show’s production company, Banijay UK, has said law firm Lewis Silkin would lead the investigation into Wallace’s alleged misconduct.
“That’s why I always say, if you’re on-screen and you see something that you think isn’t right, you should speak up.
“If you see a bit of bullying from another presenter, a runner or a researcher having to put up with too many of those jokes, you bloody speak up.
“There’s no way that runner, that researcher, that assistant producer, the girl that gets you your tea, the stylist, the makeup artist, they ain’t gonna say a thing because the hierarchy is rigid and you don’t complain.”
At the beginning of the long video, she admitted that she never personally saw or experienced some of the reported behaviour herself.

However, Nadia still slammed the former judge when she admitted that she was left “horrified” by his comments and even went as far to say that the reports were not “surprising”.
“When I saw his stories at the weekend, to be frank I was horrified by what he said,” she exclaimed.
“I had never seen that or heard that myself, I’m never surprised when I hear stories.
“I remember that everything is an allegation, we have no idea whether there was a cover up, how it was all [done] we just don’t know because everything is now rumour isn’t it.
