I’m A Celebrity’s Reverend Richard Coles takes brutal swipe at Dean McCullough after radio star is axed from camp
REVEREND Richard Coles took a savage swipe at axed Dean McCollough in tonight’s I’m A Celebrity.
Radio 1 star Dean was the second campmate to be evicted following Sun columnist Jane Moore‘s departure last week.
Dean was sent packing from camp last night[/caption]Viewers branded Dean “lazy” during his time in camp for having an aversion to chores.
And Rev Coles couldn’t resist making a comment about his unwillingness to help around the camp.
After Tulisa lamented his departure and the lack of early morning amateur dramatics, Rev Coles said: “Who’s going to not fetch our water now?!”
Hosts Ant and Dec couldn’t resist poking fun at the catty remark, renaming Richard, ‘b***hard’.
There were some unwelcome visitors prior to Dean’s departure, with a mouse taking interest in kitchen utensils and dishes.
Maura Higgins caught sight of it and said: “I’m not really up for a trial at this time of the night!”
Discovering some fruit from dinner was left out, Tulisa said: “Camp maintenance should be putting everything back in the trunk. They gotta step it up!”
Sound sleeper Melvin Odoom had a good night’s sleep even with the critters roaming around. He said: “I feel like a new man to be honest!”
The following day, the camp reflected on Dean’s exit. Oti Mabuse said: “He just brought us all together, he was the life of the camp.”
A shocked Danny said: “I’m so shocked because he’s such a big personality.
“I thought he was final four, final three!”
Feeling the loss of his energy in camp, Tulisa reflected: “You can definitely feel that Dean has left the camp. It’s almost a little bit too chilled out, dare I say. Didn’t think I’d ever see the day that I’d be waiting for some musical theatre in the morning!”
I'm A Celeb 2024 - late entries
MAURA Higgins is a late entry to I'm A Celeb 2024. Yet who is joining her?
2019 Love Island star Maura, 33, will be a late entry to the jungle line-up.
She will head into the I’m A Celeb camp, along with the Reverend Richard Coles, 62.
The duo will join the likes of Coleen Rooney, Barry McGuigan and Danny Jones in Ant and Dec’s jungle camp a week into this year’s star-spangled series.
Yet initially the duo will have their own private base – and a secret mission – before heading into the main compound Down Under.
Maura has already described the jungle as “hell.”
Meanwhile Richard, who has starred on Strictly, has confessed his biggest “fear.”
