Defenseman Patch Cronin Signs Tender with Bismarck Bobcats
The Bismarck Bobcats are happy to announce that defenseman Patch Cronin has signed a tender agreement with the Bismarck Bobcats.
Cronin, a native of Edina, MN, is a 17 year old, left-handed defenseman. Throughout the 24-25 season he has accumulated 21 games played for Team MAP South Hockey, adding a goal and 9 assists on the season. He also began his season at St. Thomas Academy recently and in just 3 games he’s notched 5 assists.
Bobcats GM and Director of Scouting Niko Kapetanovic commented on his excitement for Cronin to join the Bobcats system. “Patch is one of the most efficient defensemen in Minnesota HS Hockey. His game revolves around having a great stick, defending well, and a very high breakout efficiency success rate. Having watched Patch for a number of years, he continues to grow in all areas of his game. We look forward to continuing to grow his game in Bismarck. Patch will be able to step in immediately and be very effective in the Central Division.”
Tender agreements are contracts handing a North American Hockey League team rights to a player for the upcoming season.
