Craig Napier text his daughter at one point using a slur to refer to a person with Down’s syndrome.
While Annie Napier asked if a victim was “mangled” while they callously discussed a potential murder.
Her dad responded: “She’s face down so can’t see a lot. There’s just a lot of blood around her head.”
After Annie Napier asked “Oooo! You think it’s murder?”, he replied: “Who knows and dares to dream, I’ll let you know when I know babe.”
In another text exchange while at the scene of a child death, Annie Napier messaged her dad: “Yeah I heard about it not good, is it trampy?”
The pair, who have not apologised for their actions, resigned from the force earlier this year.
A report found the comments were hostile and discriminatory on the grounds of disability, race, nationality, gender and sexual orientation.
Accelerated misconduct hearings were told the pair held “deeply ingrained hostility” towards others.
The tribunal heard Craig Napier, 54, was a decorated PC, while his daughter, 28, had been praised for arresting a man who spat at her during Covid.
They sent the messages between April 21, 2020, and May 26, 2021.
In one exchange, the dad used a racist term to describe black mental health workers.
The dossier also showed Annie Napier suggesting a retired colleague who had returned to work should be “f***ing fly kicked in the face”.
During a protest, Craig Napier sent a message saying: “Still stuck on the Walsgrave Road behind around 50 now. The f***ing s***s keep lying down on the road but the gaffer won’t let us get out and baton them.”
His daughter replied: “Drive them over.”
The panel heard she was an active participant in the “repulsive” exchanges, while her dad was the “instigator”.
The report added: “[They] grossly undermine public confidence, [and] bring discredit upon West Midlands Police as they completely disrespected colleagues, victims and the public alike, in a way which was highly offensive and patently grounded in prejudice.
“They knowingly and consciously decided to communicate in such a repulsive manner which demonstrates a palpable level of disrespect for difference and protected characteristics.
“On the balance of probability, the level of hostility they demonstrated in their communications was grossly offensive.”
