IndiGo files trademark infringement suit against Mahindra Electric over '6E' branding

IndiGo has sued Mahindra Electric Automobile Limited for trademark infringement over the use of '6E' in Mahindra's upcoming car model BE 6E, set for release in February 2025. The case is pending before the Delhi High Court. Discussions between the parties are ongoing to resolve the issue.
