We’re twins & dedicate our lives to pretending to be Ariana Grande – trolls say we’ll never have our own personality

A PAIR of twins have revealed that they have decided to dedicate their whole lives to looking and acting like Ariana Grande.

Taylor and Mackenna, 20, are obsessed with the Wicked star, 31, and spend up to two hours each day transforming into the pop icon.

The duo say they have a really strong bond, and spend every waking moment together.

They look so alike that sometimes their own friends and family members struggle to tell them apart, but this doesn’t seem to bother the girls.

They even share a bed, and say that they want to get married at the same time so that they can share every special milestone in their lives.

“What we like about Ariana Grande is that she’s a really good singer, and her style is really unique,” they told Truly.

The twins, from Ontario, Canada, own every single perfume that Ariana Grande has ever released and make sure to use the same one as each other every day so that they can smell the same.

They also have a collection of hair extensions to help themselves to transform into the star, and their entire wardrobe mimics some of Ariana’s most iconic looks.

The pair dress in exactly the same outfits every day, which they say helps them to feel more confident when they’re out and about together.

“In public a lot of people stare, and their heads swivel when they see us”, they said.

“We went from being shy and wanting be in the background to being really outgoing, and wanting to stand out.”

The pair decided to start a TikTok account to showcase their love for Ariana, and post up to 25 videos a week, lip syncing to her songs, and showing off their outfits.

They have named themselves Pink Sweetener, after their favourite colour and an Ariana Grande album name.

However, their videos have been targeted by trolls, who say they have no individual identity or personality.

They have been slammed for being a “budget” version of the star, with some claiming that they don’t look like the star at all.

However, the girls say that they don’t let the negativity affect them, and find a lot of the comments funny.

“Our ultimate goal is just to make videos that make people smile”, the duo said.

“We want to make people feel like they belong or they fit in, and that they have somewhere there for them.”
