PNB Housing Finance aims to close FY25 with loan book of Rs 5,000 cr in affordable segment

PNB Housing Finance plans to expand its affordable loan book to Rs 5,000 crore by year-end and targets Rs 15,000 crore by March 2027. Growth will be driven by Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban 2.0 and branch expansion. The company also aims to introduce a new vertical for 'Loan Against Property' next year.
