FAI says no shortage of DAP fertiliser in India; production, import dips in April-October period

Fertiliser industry body FAI reassures there is no shortage of Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP) despite reduced imports and production. The DAP's sales have seen improvement recently, though year-end closing stock might decline. FAI stresses DAP should command high prices due to its nutritional value and subsidy support.
