Fairfax India to buy 10% more in Bangalore airport

Fairfax India Holdings Corporation is increasing its stake in Bangalore International Airport Ltd (BIAL) to 74% by buying an additional 10% stake from Siemens for $255 million. This transaction, which values BIAL at $2.55 billion, will close in the March quarter, solidifying Fairfax's control over one of India's busiest airports.
