Air India names Captain Basil Kwauk as new COO

Air India has appointed Captain Basil Kwauk as the new Chief Operations Officer starting in January 2025. Kwauk, who has extensive experience with Singapore Airlines and Vistara, will replace Captain Klaus Goersch. The latter will step down from his position at the end of December to take on a senior role in the United States.
