Bengal govt did not wait for JPC report on Waqf: LoP Suvendu Adhikari

Suvendu Adhikari criticized the West Bengal government for prematurely raising the Waqf issue for votebank politics without waiting for the Joint Parliamentary Committee's report. He accused Mamata Banerjee of misinformation and vote appeasement, defending that the Waqf (Amendment) Bill only requires a simple majority to pass and not a two-thirds majority.
