SHARE ISSUE UPDATE

Colwyn Bay FC Share Issue 2024

As you are all aware the Club advertised a Share Issue on Tuesday 26th November on various Social Media platforms, the adverts for this were taken down on Saturday 30th November and we put out a brief message on 2nd December regarding the postponement of the Share sale until the New Year.

The reason for the postponement is as follows

1. We did not contact all our Shareholders prior to the release of the Shares

2. Our existing Shareholders must have the opportunity to buy any Shares first before they go on public sale. 

On this occasion we did not adopt due diligence before releasing the shares and for this we apologise. The share issue will take place in the New Year but only after all our Shareholders have agreed to the sale.
