EMMERDALE fans have ‘worked out’ Ruby Fox-Miligan’s secret – and it’s utterly devastating.

Fans of the long-running ITV soap have watched as the character – who is played by Beth Cordingly – keeps her secret close to her chest.

Viewers already known that Ruby was kicked out of home by parents Anthony and Helen when she fell pregnant.

She ultimately decided to be with Caleb Miligan, who is belived to be the biological father of the baby.

However, as her evil dad Anthony arrived in Emmerdale village last month, fans are convinced they’ve worked out Ruby’s secret.

Taking to social media, they’re sure she was assaulted by her father – and he is also Steph’s father.

One fan said: “Sorry, but I don’t believe Ruby’s Dad. Still think he’s the father of Steph too.”

A second wrote: “Imagine Ruby’s dad turned out to be Steph’s dad too.”

“He’s a wrong ‘un alright! I reckon it’s either Anthony’s abused her as a child or this lad Rob who she was getting close too turned out to be her secret half brother. Either way she hates Anthony. Steph’s definitely inbred,” said a third.

While a fourth commented: “Wonder when the truth about Ruby’s dad will come out. No way he just kicked her out for being a pregnant teen! Something else happened.”

Georgia Jay plays Steph, who has been estranged from her mum Ruby and dad Caleb for years.

Emmerdale previously teased Ruby’s troubled past during a special flashback to 1992 on her 16th birthday.

She’s recently been left shaken as she learned her dad was telling the truth about his cancer diagnosis.
