Manipur HC forms committee to probe disappearance of Meitei man

A Manipur High Court-appointed committee is investigating the disappearance of Laishram Kamal Babu from a high-security army area. Babu, a works supervisor, went missing on November 25th, prompting a large-scale search by the army and police. The committee will determine if he was kidnapped or left voluntarily, as his family alleges Kuki militant involvement.
