I bought a hoarder’s old 3-bed mobile home for £626 – trolls say it’s ‘nice for a homeless person’ but it’s a goldmine
A SAVVY investor showed her followers the latest property she was planning to flip.
The TikToker explained that she purchased a rundown mobile home for just £626.
In her viral video, the woman gave her audience a virtual tour of the space.
The US-based investor revealed that she spent $800 (£626) on the double-wide mobile home.
She began with the exterior of the home, which included a small cluttered wooden porch.
Walking in the front door, she panned the camera around the spacious living area.
The area was covered in old furniture and rubbish from the previous tenant.
However, the TikToker explained her vision for the space.
“Excuse the mess, the last owner was a hoarder and to a regular person, this place is a hot mess and a piece of garbage but to an investor, this is a goldmine,” she said.
Moving through the living room, she turned the corner to show off the kitchen.
This room featured even more clutter and mess than the entrance of the home.
She also gave a brief glimpse into one of the cramped bedrooms in the home.
But again, the “fix and flip” professional was able to see through the rubbish.
She revealed exactly what she would do to fix up the cramped space.
The floors in each of the rooms were run down after years of use.
“I plan on putting an island in the kitchen, knocking that wall down, fixing the roof, getting some new floors,” she explained.
She told her followers that the home included three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
