Pagasa: Cloudy skies, rain likely due to 3 weather systems

MANILA, Philippines — Parts of the country may again see overcast skies and rain on Saturday, Dec. 7, as three weather systems persist, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. There are high chances of rain in extreme Northern Luzon due to the northeast monsoon, locally termed “amihan”, which is the cold
