Karen Gillan reveals she’s given birth to first baby as she takes newborn out in LA
DOCTOR Who actress Karen Gillan has revealed she’s given birth after she was spotted taking her newborn for a walk.
The Amy Pond star, a fan-favourite on the BBC series, was seen wheeling a grey pushchair as she enjoyed a stroll in Los Angeles.
Screen star Karen, 37, stunned fans when she revealed her pregnancy in September.
The Scot, married to Nick Kocher, showed off her growing baby bump as she took to the Red Carpet in a figure-hugging yellow dress.
The new snaps show her walking side by side with her man in the winter sunshine after enjoying a lunch at the Mustard Seed Cafe.
The Outcast actress – who has not revealed the gender, name or birth date of her tot – paired a green bodycon dress with a denim jacket and trainers, finishing off her look with a brown hat.
At one point, she was seen carrying a take-out coffee before she finished her brew and pushed their tot in the pram, as Nick walked their dog.
They were also joined by Karen’s who gazed adoringly at the newborn in her pram seat.
Karen keeps her personal life very private – only announcing her pregnancy to the world on the red carpet at the Toronto Film Festival three months ago.
Yet The Scottish Sun exclusively revealed how she cut her Transatlantic business loose just days before revealing her pregnancy.
Inverness-born Karen also took to her TikTok page to reveal her weird pregnancy cravings – which included quiche.
She revealed another of her new habits as she appeared to bite into a squash and said: “Anyone else have these pregnancy cravings of just raw vegetables?’
The Jumanji star then added: “I just can’t get enough.”

Meanwhile, the Guardians of the Galaxy star married American Nick Kocher, 38, at posh Castle Toward in Dunoon, Argyll, in 2022.
He wore a kilt and arrived at the venue on a speed boat after partying with pals on a luxury ship ahead of the party.
The screenwriter and actor told of his joy before being whisked away in a car through security gates.
A source said at the time: “They must have spent a fortune. The castle and the private ship were spectacular.
“Nick looked so handsome in his kilt. It was the perfect place for a celebrity wedding.
“Nobody knew it was going on.”
The couple made their vows in front of family and celeb pals including Karen’s former Doctor Who boss Steven Moffat and Saturday Night Live comic Beck Bennett, whose actress wife Jessy Hodge gave a reading.
Karen and Nick, from Atlanta, Georgia, are believed to have been dating for more than two years after meeting in the States.
