GMR may consider second runway, terminal at Hyderabad Airport once pax hits 45 mn: Official

GMR Group, managing Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, plans to add a new terminal and runway once annual passenger traffic reaches 45 million, projected by 2030. The airport, currently handling 30 million passengers, unveiled an AI-powered Airport Predictive Operation Centre to optimize operations and minimize disruptions. The airport's ultimate capacity is envisioned to be 100 million passengers.
