808 Collection

The 808 Collection is a minimalist furniture collection by the Brussels-based designer, Jord Lindelauf. The collection includes a table, chair, and shelving unit, each combining raw aluminum with high-gloss lacquered wood. United by its cohesive material palette, the collection’s minimalist design also allows for each individual piece to pair seamlessly with other furniture.

Within the collection, aluminum forms the frame and serves as the cylindrical supports for the shelves, as well as the legs of the table and chair. Meanwhile, pieces of high-glossed wood painted in a light, buttery yellow make up the seat, tabletop, and shelves.  

As a whole, the 808 Collection is defined by its soft curves, contrasting textures, and inviting color palette, delivering an unobtrusive design that balances functionality with visual appeal.
