Born into a poor family, Sushil faced many hardships, but his determination and hard work helped him overcome all challenges. Today, he is the owner of three successful companies. Singh hails from a modest background in Jaunpur, Mumbai. His family lived in a chawl, and his father worked as a security guard at a bank while his mother was a homemaker. Sushil attended a Hindi-medium school run by the Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation for low-income families, Sushil claims his academic performance until Class 10 was ‘quite good’. High school, however, was a different story as he lost interest in academics. In fact, he failed his Class 12 board exams once, although he cleared it the following year.

Salary of Just Rs. 11,000

Sushil went on to graduate in Computer Science from Allahabad University. Despite his potential, he found it difficult to stay focused in college and dropped out in his second year. Later, he pursued a polytechnic course and took up a job as a telecaller and sales executive. At that time, he earned just Rs. 11,000 a month.

A marriage that changed Sushil Singh’s life

Things took a turn for the better when Sushil married Sarita Rawat, a software engineer. Together, they decided to start a BPO in Noida with the help of a businessman from the United States. This is where SSR Techvision was born. After working with his American partners for three-four months, they rented what was essentially a co-working office in Noida. There were eight seats in the office, of which they took four on rent. Within two and a half years, however, Sushil claims that the company ended up buying the entire building in Noida.

Becoming the owner of three companies

After about 2.5 years, Sushil made the bold decision to buy a building in Noida, and soon after, he launched his second company, Deebaco. Deebaco is a global B2C online clothing store. Later, in 2019, he also launched his third business, Cyva Systems Inc, a multinational IT consulting company.
