Champions Trophy venue decision likely tomorrow, as India, Pakistan rule out cross-border travel for ICC events

The ICC will finalize the 2025 Champions Trophy format. India and Pakistan will play in Dubai. The tournament will have eight teams. The top two teams from each group will go to the semifinals. The PCB agreed to the hybrid model. This model will apply to other ICC events too.
