Megan Fox’s Ex Thinks Machine Gun Kelly Needs to ‘Grow Up’
Fallout from Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly’s most recent breakup continues. After reports that Fox was “blindsided” by the split and that friends were encouraging her to move on permanently from the on-and-off relationship, Fox’s ex-husband, Brian Austin Green, has offered his take. After being confronted by a TMZ reporter in a parking lot, Green was visibly exasperated and said that he “had no idea” about the breakup. “How old is he? Do you know? He’s in his 30s, isn’t he?” he said. (Kelly is 34.) Asked whether Kelly cheated a lot, Green said, “I have no idea, but in your 30s, I don’t know. Grow up. She’s pregnant.”
Green — who was married to Fox from 2010 to 2021 and is the father of her three children — seemed to take no pleasure in his ex’s relationship troubles. “I just want the best for her,” he said. “I want the best for the baby. I want the best for our kids. That’s a shame. I’m heartbroken about it, because I know she’s been so excited.” Asked if he was feeling better that Kelly would no longer be around his children, he maintained his position: “Nothing about it makes me feel any better,” he said. “If that’s the case — I don’t know the facts of it, but if that’s the case, that’s a tragic situation and I wouldn’t wish that on anybody.”
While neither Kelly nor Fox has publicly commented on the breakup, Kelly made a cryptic reference to heartbreak on his Instagram Stories on Thursday, sharing a Reel of himself covering the song “Last Christmas” with the caption “Give it to someone special ❤️????.”
As for Fox, People reports that she’s in a “great place” with Green and his fiancée, Australian ballroom dancer Sharna Burgess. “She’s been so happy about being pregnant,” a source told the publication. “She’s in a good place with both Brian and Sharna. She gets along really well with Sharna. Megan trusts her around the boys. Brian’s a great dad, too. Megan feels fortunate that her boys are loved and always taken care of.”
Speaking to TMZ, Green added: “I hope that the best outcome that could possibly happen happens.” Amen.
