Two children injured after truck hits golf cart in SW OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Two children are injured following a crash between a truck and a golf cart Friday night in southwest Oklahoma City.

According to officials, the crash happened just before 9 p.m. Friday near SW 25th Street and South Klein Avenue.

Oklahoma City police say a truck hit a golf cart with five children in it. The golf cart had no lights on at the time of the crash.

Two children were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Authorities say the driver of the truck stayed at the scene and was cooperating with police.
