South Korea's Parliament impeaches president Yoon over martial law declaration

South Korea's Parliament voted to impeach President Yoon Suk-yeol after he declared martial law on December 3. The impeachment suspends Yoon from presidential duties while the Constitutional Court decides whether to remove him permanently. Prime Minister Han Duck-soo will serve as acting president until the court's verdict.
