Watch the moment a trombone player steals the spotlight at a wedding with ‘diva’ dance moves as he’s hailed a ‘legend’

USUALLY someone stealing the spotlight at a wedding that’s not theirs would be a huge no-no.

But this man might just be the exception to that rule as people have hailed him as a “diva” and a “legend” for his incredible dance move

This comes after a clip was shared on TikTok from wedding guest Carlie Dreux Lenskold showing the trombone player giving the performance of a life time at a wedding in New Jersey, USA last month.

“Imagine hiring a band for your wedding and getting this absolute DIVA,” she captioned the clip on TikTok.

The video quickly racked up 9.7 million views, no doubt thanks to the incredible dance moves, and left viewers stunned.

The Grammy-award winning trombonist Jonathan Arons, who was amazed to learn his dance moves had gone viral also took to social media and said he was “humbled and in disbelief.”

It’s no surprise the clip went so viral, Jonathan can be seen pulling out some pretty X-rated dance moves, as well as scooting along the floor on his back whilst still playing the trombone, and then doing the splits in the middle of the dance floor.

“He didn’t come to play he came to SLAY,” one person commented on the video.

And a second wrote: “I’m already married but I’ll plan another wedding just so I can hire him.”

“I was not prepared for the escalation of chaos,” a third chimed in.

“I would hire the band solely because of him, what a performance,” another wrote.

Meanwhile, after Jonathan shared the viral clip on his own Instagram people praised him even further.

“You were at my wedding almost 10 years ago! People still mention the amazing trombone player when they talk about the party,” one commented.

“He is a legend, he is an icon, he is the moment. This is for all the band kids everywhere,” someone else said.

And another added: “I love this so much, you can tell he loves his job.”

But not everyone was so positive.

One said: “I feel like this would get annoying after three minutes.”

And another said: “I’d honestly hate this because I need to be the centre of attention at my own wedding.”

Luckily, most people seemed to be completely on board with Jonathan’s energetic dance moves though.
