Manipur: Militant killed; two labourers shot dead

Manipur police commandos clashed with militants in Thoubal district. One militant was killed, and six were arrested. Weapons and electronic devices were seized. Two laborers were killed in a separate incident in Kakching. Police are investigating the incidents. The identities of the deceased laborers and the arrested militants are being verified.
