Woman's Severed Head Found In Kolkata, Brother-In-Law Held: Police

The woman, whose severed head was found at a garbage dump in south Kolkata's Tollygunge area, was allegedly killed by her brother-in-law as she had snubbed his advances, police said on Saturday.
