I don’t think there’s a better or worse way really… It’s all about having a plan, creating an identity and then signing players who can make it successful.

Whether they’re players from the lower leagues or from abroad doesn’t really matter. If Ipswich had our players or we had Ipswich’s, it wouldn’t have worked as well.
