Nitish Kumar postpones Mahila Samvad Yatra even as Tejashwi stuns many with cash transfer promise

It is believed that the cash transfer scheme for women announced by RJD’s Tejashwi Yadav has put the Bihar Chief Minister on the back foot, and the ruling NDA is now working to counter it with a better scheme. Mr. Kumar is likely to start the Yatra next week.
