Megan Fox’s Ex-husband Brian Austin Green Gave MGK a Biting Reply After Cheating Allegations: ‘Grow Up'
Even the most amicable exes have a way of complicating things. Whether it’s co-parenting, unresolved tension, or surprising opinions, they always seem to show up at just the right (or wrong) time. That’s exactly what’s unfolded with Megan Fox, Machine Gun Kelly, and Fox’s ex-husband, Brian Austin Green, who has some thoughts on his ex’s latest split from the rapper.
Let’s rewind for those less familiar. MGK and Fox have been on-again, off-again since meeting on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass in March 2020, around the time Green confirmed his split from the Transformers actress. Fox and MGK went public with their romance that June. While Green has publicly supported Fox’s dating choices, his cryptic messages hint that his feelings might be more complicated than they seem. Kelly popped the question in early 2022 — yes, blood-drinking rituals included — but by early 2024, their engagement had bled out, with every attempt to patch things seemingly landing them in the same situation.
Before their split, the couple seemed hopeful about expanding their family. Fox shared news of her November 2023 pregnancy on Instagram, revealing they were expecting a rainbow baby following a miscarriage earlier this year. It was a rare moment of optimism in their rocky relationship.
Unfortunately, the hope didn’t last. Their latest breakup unfolded over Thanksgiving weekend, with reports claiming Fox found something “inappropriate” on Kelly’s phone while they were in Vail, Colorado. Whatever she discovered was enough for her to leave the trip abruptly, and insiders say the couple hasn’t spoken since.
Adding fuel to the speculation, Fox had purchased an $8 million Los Angeles home before what appears to be their final split — a clear sign she was planning for her own space. Insiders close to Fox claimed she was “concerned about her safety” at Kelly’s $7.5 million Encino mansion, pointing to the rowdy guests the musician often hosted.
But here’s where it gets even more intense — Green, Fox’s ex-husband and father of her three kids, apparently had some choice words for Kelly following all of this. After learning that Fox may have found something problematic on Kelly’s phone, Green responded, “On what? I had no idea,” per OK! Magazine. Following a sigh, he added, “How old is he? He’s 30? Grow up…” His pointed words spoke volumes, revealing a mix of frustration and perhaps protectiveness toward Fox and their shared family.
Green has mostly stayed out of the spotlight since his split with Fox in 2020, focusing on raising their sons — Noah, Bodhi, and Journey — and his new life with professional dancer Sharna Burgess, with whom he welcomed another baby last year. But it seems like he couldn’t resist this one.
