To the editor: Blade editorial misses forest for trees on efficiency bill

The Blade’s editorial opposing House Bill 79 — a bill that will reduce energy use, save customers money, and improve reliability via energy efficiency — called it an attempt to reinstate a “lucrative legislative gift to the electric utilities.”
