Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers files DRHP for Rs 745 crore IPO

The company, in consultation with the book-running lead managers, may explore a pre-IPO placement of specified securities worth up to ₹149 crore. If the pre-IPO placement is successfully completed, the amount raised will be deducted from the fresh issue.
