Pending bills to Gram Panchayats, Mandal and Zilla Parishads rocks Telangana assembly

BRS members stage walkout in protest against Govt’s “dilly dallying” attitude on release of funds to gram panchayats. Panchayat Raj Minister said tenure of sarpanches ended in February and pending bills were inherited from previous BRS government.
