International Gemmological Institute IPO subscribed 72% on Day 2. Check GMP, other details
The IPO received bids for 4.24 crore shares against 5.85 crore available. The retail portion was oversubscribed 2.44 times, NIIs booked 83%, and QIBs subscribed 9%. The Rs 4,225 crore IPO, comprising a fresh equity sale and an OFS, is open for bidding until December 17. Proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to acquire IGI Belgium and IGI Netherlands, consolidating global operations under the IGI brand.
