Katsina gov swears in new Chief of Staff, three others

The Katsina State Governor, Dikko Radda, has sworn in Abdulkadir Nasir as the new Chief of Staff. Punch learnt that Nasir was a former Member of the House of Representatives from 2007-2011 and former state Chairman of the All Progressives Congress.
