Bomb kills chief of Russian nuclear protection forces in Moscow

A bomb concealed within an electric scooter detonated in Moscow on Tuesday, claiming the life of Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, chief of Russia's Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Protection Troops, and his assistant. The explosion occurred outside an apartment building, and a criminal investigation has been initiated.
