Magistrate recommends $6.5M in damages in BGSU hazing death

COLUMBUS — A Franklin County magistrate has recommended an award of more than $6.5 million to the estate of Stone Foltz, the Bowling Green State University sophomore who died from alcohol poisoning following a 2021 fraternity hazing ritual.
