Fluminense expresses 'formal interest' in Richarlison

RIO DE JANEIRO, Dec. 16 (Xinhua) -- Fluminense is pushing ahead with plans to sign forward Richarlison from Tottenham Hotspur, the Brazilian club's president said on Monday.
