Bomb Kills Russia’s Head of Nuclear Defense Forces, Igor Kirillov, in Moscow

The general, Igor Kirillov, died after a bomb in a scooter exploded, officials said. He was the chief of Russia’s radioactive, chemical and biological defense forces.
