Forty new homes in Wicklow and Westmeath ready just in time for Christmas

Fitzpatrick and Heavey Homes has embraced the spirit of Christmas by surprising 40 new homeowners with a festive welcome as they received the keys to their new homes just in time for Christmas.

This initiative was part of the company’s push to complete as many handovers as possible before the end of the year at Aldborough Manor in Baltinglass, Co Wicklow, and Gort an Locha in Moate, Co Westmeath.

To mark the occasion, each new homeowner was presented with a wrapped red gift box, adorned with gold ribbon and bows. Inside, they found a bottle of champagne, a bespoke ‘New Home’ Christmas tree ornament, and a heartfelt card.

The gifts were hand-delivered by Fitzpatrick and Heavey Homes’ chief executive Ciaran Fitzpatrick.
