ChatGPT is an AI-based language model developed by OpenAI. This model is capable of interacting with users in text format, answering questions, providing explanations and advice, and even participating in complex discussions. The response generated by ChatGPT is directly linked to the query made by the user.

However, some communication experts have hailed ChatGPT as an important innovation in the tech field and emphasized its effective use.

ChatGPT is actually based on the updated version of GPT-3, a large language model (LLM) that relies on a vast network of artificial neurons, which in a way mimic the neurons in the human brain.

This technology was launched in November 2022, and the powerful GPT model is used for conducting human-like conversations, generating text, and even recognizing images.

Professor Nangial Nangial, a university professor in the field of communications, in an interview with Khaama Press, states that this technology is widely used in various sectors, including healthcare for consultations, media, research, and content creation.

According to Nangial, ChatGPT has created ease in academic fields and journalistic activities for generating text, photos, video graphics, creating advertisements, producing reports, and gathering data.

He also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of ChatGPT, noting its potential to revolutionize industries but also highlighting concerns about its ethical implications, the quality of content produced, and the impact on jobs. The conversation continues around how best to integrate this technology into various fields while ensuring its responsible use.

ChatGPT is built on the GPT (Generative Pretrained Transformer) architecture, which, using machine learning and analysis of vast textual data, has the ability to generate fluent and logical responses in various fields. This model can respond in different languages and assist in tasks such as text writing, translation, summarization, and solving mathematical problems.

On the other hand, Maryam Bakhshi, one of ChatGPT’s users, says that using this tool has created many conveniences for her, and she relies on it for important matters.

Maryam, who has been using this tool for nearly five months, finds ChatGPT useful and emphasizes that “whenever we face a problem in areas like research, consulting, or images, ChatGPT shares accurate and effective content with me.”

According to Maryam, ChatGPT can also be seen as a “scientific reference” where, with minimal cost and without wasting time, we can expand our knowledge.

This tool was founded in 2015 by a group of entrepreneurs and researchers, including Elon Musk and Sam Altman.

While ChatGPT is recognized as a significant advancement in artificial intelligence in the tech field, there are concerns about its drawbacks, such as limited creativity, bias in responses, the possibility of generating incorrect information, privacy violations, dependence on data, or incorrect answers.
