SC grants two weeks' time to JKLF chief Yasin Malik, 5 others to respond to CBI plea for transfer of cases

The Supreme Court granted JKLF chief Yasin Malik and five others two weeks to respond to the CBI's plea for transferring their trial in two terror cases, including the 1990 killing of IAF personnel and the abduction of Rubaiya Sayeed, from Jammu to Delhi. One accused is deceased; the court will hear the case again on January 20, 2025.
