Scotland proposes speed limit reforms on major roads

Coach and Bus Week - A consultation has been launched by the Scottish Government to gather public and stakeholder views on proposed changes to speed limits in Scotland. The National Speed Management Review is seeking to ensure speed limits on Scotland?s roads are appropriate, and contribute to reducing injury and death on the roads, the Scottish Government says.
