Dutch watchdog fines Netflix for not properly informing customers about data use

The over-the-top (OTT) platform has objected to the fine. The investigation of this case started in 2019. The Dutch Data Protection Authority said in a statement that Netflix did not clearly inform its customers about how its data is used.
