No impact of Swiss withdrawal of MFN status to India: Nestle India

Nestle India has clarified that Switzerland's suspension of the Most Favored Nation clause under their tax treaty won't affect the company. The FMCG giant stated the issue is a broader policy matter between the two countries and not specific to Nestle. The company confirmed it already deducts a 10% withholding tax on applicable payments, aligning with current regulations.
