One arrested in concession stand burglary
AMSTERDAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- One suspect is facing criminal charges in connection to a burglary at the concession stand on the Mohawks baseball field in Amsterdam.
Police said Daniel Miranda, of Amsterdam, was charged with burglary and grand larceny. He was arraigned and released. The 42-year old is currently on Montgomery County Probation, and at the time of the alleged crime, he was out on bail for a separate, unrelated felony arrest.
Investigators said two people entered the concession stand in November and took property. Police are still searching for the second suspect.
