IOC to invest over Rs 21,000 cr in Bihar refinery expansion, city gas projects

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) is investing over Rs 21,000 crore to upgrade its Barauni refinery in Bihar and establish a city gas distribution network. The refinery's capacity will increase to 9 million tonnes per annum, alongside a new petrochemical plant.
