Govt says 102 aircraft on ground due to supply chain issues
India's aviation sector faces headwinds with 102 grounded aircraft due to global supply chain disruptions. Minister of State for Civil Aviation, Murlidhar Mohol, informed the Lok Sabha that these groundings stem from difficulties in procuring necessary parts and consumables. While 822 aircraft are registered for scheduled air transport, 105 are currently out of service.
